The facade of your building can be made from one or a variety of sensitive substrates, often an owner is unaware themselves of appropriate methods to use. Whilst carrying out building cleaning we may use different methods on different substrates to provide you with the most effective results. We can work alongside conservation officers on your behalf. Totex will ensure the correct methods from steam, poultices or water are used and also identify whether there is light damage that would need to be fixed before cleaning.

What to expect from us
- Totex will contact you to arrange a date to visit site for a no obligation free site visit. During this visit we will ascertain which method/methods are appropriate for the surfaces requiring cleaning
- Totex will identify any areas needing minor repairs or which will require additional cleaning methods
- Totex will provide you with a full method statement and quotation
- Upon written confirmation of acceptance of the quotation Totex will arrange a date to complete the work, at your convenience
- Totex will work with any authorities and conservation officers to ensure you have the correct permissions for your work if necessary
- Totex will provide any risk assessments
- On the day, operatives will secure any working areas safely in order to protect any people or flora and fauna
- We will leave the facade of your building looking better than you could have imagined!
