How much do your services cost?

As each job is site specific in terms of building materials, surfaces to be cleaned and access requirements we can only give a price indication once we have visited site, or received photos and measurements. Please give us a call for your free site visit.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To secure a provisional date for works to be carried out we will need a 10% deposit before work commences and an acceptance of our terms and conditions. All other monies to be paid on successful completion of the works.

Do you fix masonry?

As we are an external cleaning company, we do not carry out construction work/repairs.

Do you have insurance?

We have cover for up to £10,000,000 indemnity insurance and £10,000,000 employers insurance.

Are all your products safe to use around pets?

All of our processes are safe around pets except some of the softwashing treatments whilst they are still wet. We will always advise you if we feel it is absolutely necessary to use this product. Further information is available on our softwashing pdf.

Why do you use so many different products/processes?

We always follow the manufacturers advice on products with regards to how to clean a certain building material or substrate. This advice changes depending on what the material is. We therefore offer all the methods so we are able to clean every type of surface.

Are you qualified to use cherry pickers?

Yes, we have undergone IPAF training. This is the international recognition and certification system which proves we have undergone and passed our training courses. Please see our accreditations page for any extra information.
